A minimum buyout shown in simple stat model for each day scan along with a running Average of those values every consecutive day. The daily is averaged in at 50% weight with the run only if it is within 10% variance. If outside the 10%, it would do 12.5% weight on the daily to discourage outliers but not ignore them completely.

Add an option to denote per-unit or total for the pricing model based on count of item currently being looked at in the auctioneer options screen also.
