Description

Beancounter is inverting my Mail Icons normal function.

When I have mail in my mailbox the Mail Icon disappears.
It reappears after I open the mailbox.
It stays on after I read the mail.
It goes away after I receive new mail.

The onevent code needs to be modified to only fire on intial load.

This continues to be broken for me using r2602. Recently the mail icon has just always been on, and never turns off.

Sigh, I think I may just comment this function out for now. Since it relies on the "mail recolor" code to know if theres unread to user stuff. And that is still too unreliable

Temporarily disabled the mail icon code for previw build, until we can get the mail recolor code reliable enough to display ICON.
