Toggle the "You have unread mail" minimap icon on if user is using the "mail recolor" system

Since all AH mail is marked read, we need to manulaly turn on the "you have mail" icon on the minimap if user has non BC unread mail.

Verified in dev/Trunk- Mail notification icon functions the same using Auctioneer/BC or the defaut UI.
