BeanCounter

BeanCounters external search routine requred user to have to manual hit the search button.

the BeanCounter.externalSearch() function was passing a bad setting that prevented beancounter from auto searching.

BeanCounter.externalSearch() now passed the proper settings table for an auto search.

Verified in dev/Trunk- BC now auto-searches as per design.
