We can change the icons from grayed out to normal for read messages and then monitor them for user clicks. So the user can still tell what mail they have read vs what BC read.

r2511 updated teh logic to better handle new mail being added. Will see how this works.
We want this feature to work as transparently as possible to the end user, to reduce complaints of read mail.

**O.o my comments from 11/20 were lost and the ticket was moved from inprogress to need info ???

Anyways, redid mail recolor code r2555 Should better handle multiple items with same name in sequence in teh mail frame.When one is read/removed teh next in line should not gray.
