Clicking the "Refresh" button on the Appraiser tab will sometimes duplicate the results listed in the bottom of the screen. Not sure if it's an Appraiser issue or a scanning issue. If you do a browse search, it correctly identifies that there are only 2 items.

We need to exclude the "unseen" flagged items from being displayed. At the same time, it would be good to get the corresponding code to support ADV-32 in at the same time, since it's pretty much the same code.

norganna added some code to not show unseen items in appraiser anymore, so this should be resolved

I found an item that duplicates every refresh. Light Leather Quiver .. Doing a manual search does not cause the problem, it only happens on refresh.

Verified in dev/Trunk - Items do not appear to be duplicated in Appraiser after numerous attempts to do so.
